Will I have a problem finding a wedding dress in Champagne?
Not at all. Like many other people have said, champagne is becoming more and more popular and although David’s Bridal is a very popular dress store (in fact, it’s where I bought the wedding dress I wore), there are many other stores (both brick-and-mortar and online) that offer a wide variety of other designs not found at David’s Bridal.
I am definitely not trying to sell you this dress or anything at all, but it’s just an example to show that you can get champagne dresses fairly easily. For some reason, I got the idea to buy two different dresses for my wedding – one for the ceremony and then change into another at the reception. Well, that definitely didn’t happen and now I have an extra dress that is in champagne. If you are interested in looking at pics of the dress let me know as I would be more than happy to send you some. And again, this post is in no way trying to sell you anything, I just wanted to give you my opinion and also maybe help you out. Good luck with your search!

How did you meet: Jeff’s twin brother, Andrew, was dating my cousin, Amy. I had asked my Amy if he had a brother, to her reply “Yes”, and then asked if she could organise for him to have my mobile phone number and to organise a double date. From the first glance, it was love at first sight. We have been inseparable from the first day we met (14 September 2005).
How long did you spend planning your wedding? I organised the entire wedding myself, with help from Jeff, in 9 months.

Describe the theme of your wedding and why you chose this theme: Vintage, Romantic, Classical and Elegant. I love ANYTHING vintage, including colour schemes, ornate and antique objects, floral arrangements and lace. The Vintage theme is timeless and elegant. The venue (Italian Village) oozes romance and coupled with a vintage themed colour scheme, flowers, lace and ornate frames, it was the perfect combination for the beginning of something MAGICAL!
