I love the first one, especially for someone with long, brown hair. It's very classy. If you're going to a cocktail party, though, I think the third one is more appropriate.

I prefer the first one of the three, and in my opinion the third one doesn’t look very formal, it’s nice but not really suitable for this occasion.
I think this one is cute, and a bargain. For both the black and blue, you could wear a simple silver waist belt and it would jazz it up. My friend did a similar thing at an event and it looked absolutely great. Also it’s quite short, so will make you look tall!
