I recently purchased my wedding gown for my wedding that is in May 2011. (Yes, I know it's way ahead of time, but the gown was being discontinued and I wanted it.) David's Bridal gave me a garment bag to store my dress in.
Hey, i just wanted to add that yes, the bag will preserve your dress until that awesome day... BUT.. be careful, because those bags are so cheap! Mine ripped if i moved it like an inch!
