J. Crew’s president and creative director Jenna Lyons says that since the bill passed, J. Crew’s wedding shop has outfitted many lesbian couples, and these new customers have informed what they are choosing to put in the store. Apparently, there is now a “need for simpler dresses, as a way for a woman to differentiate herself if her partner decides to go the princess bride route.” Lyons is also “considering” offering a white pantsuit, though she says “It’s not necessarily for a lesbian.
