I know the answer, although not the exact shop: Rusholme! In Manchester there is the famous curry mile called Rusholme and there are all sorts of jewellery shops there. It's an Indian/ Pakistani district, so you should find what you need.

I like the second choice, it would fit better with the dress, the first one is too busy. And if these are for your wedding go to a local jewelry store, A nice strand of real pearls and ear rings should be less than $150. Not a mall store, a local store will have a better price.
