The internet is expected to become the most used media for under 40s within the next two years, and Newcastle Bride is set to tap into that growth.
A recent report into the Australian wedding industry said the wedding industry was "saturated" with service providers and "highly competitive".
It emphasised that "advertising is the strongest competitive advantage".
Newcastle Bride owner Karen Horne has taken that assessment on board when planning strategies.
"There are so many wedding professionals all fighting for a share of industry revenue," Ms Horne said.
"You simply can't only rely on your own website or word-of-mouth any more.
"At Newcastle Bride we've designed a website like no other in the wedding industry to take advantage of the massive increase in the use of social media and the internet as sources of information by the under 40s."
Social media has been carefully integrated into Newcastle Bride's website.
