Background: I'm Pakapino... my dad's Pakistani (and Muslim), my mom's Filipina (and Catholic). My fiancé is Mexican and an atheist. His parents are super religious (catholic marriage counselors, in fact) but are the most open, laidback people ever. My mom's family is ENORMOUS. This is like My Big Fat Pakistani/Filipino/Mexican/American wedding. Decor: My awesome FMIL made damask tablecloths with a fuschia trim... we got these moroccan lanterns from ebay that we'll stick fuschia candles in, placed on top of a round mirror and surrounded by fuschia artificial rose petals. I also found a couple b/w damask and paisley runners on clearance at Hobby Lobby that we'll use for the sweetheart table and gift/buffet tables. My mom and I are going to DiY the florals and just get some fuschia flowers from Travis Wholesale flowers the weekend before, probably some orchids and calla lilies....
