if you can use a bigger size like a 7 and then have it taken in, you can still find them. the designer "cinderella" is no longer making the toddler size in this dress, but some stores still have the 7-12 sizes in white.

Flower Girl « Age of Isabella
We took a big break earlier this month because Isabella was a flower girl in her cousin’s wedding. It was very big business at the AoI house.
I found a book at Goodwill (serendipitous timing!) called Flower Girl Butterflies by Elizabeth Howard. It was cute, and had some nice illustrations. I changed up some of the wording because the book focused quite a bit on the fear and nervousness of being a flower girl, rather than what a flower girl actually does. But for 50 cents, I was pretty pleased with the book overall.
We had some major shopping trips to try on a million dresses. Isabella loved hitting the bridal shops, and tried to hard sell her cousin on a purple flower girl dress.
I’m only torturing you with two of the 18 dresses we tested out. In the end, Isabella’s cousin chose an adorable and comfortable dress from JC Penney. And do I even need to mention how much cheaper it was in comparison to the bridal store dresses?
