I bought these mostly for the 1/4" and have used one of the two 6" and one of the two inch about 50 times apiece and they still work. Much better than buying cheap bits. -

Samsung Focus S and Samsung Focus Flash pages have gone up on Samsung US and along with the product specs and image gallery. They are en route to AT&T in the US. There is nothing new on there other then some high res images and these pages being live ( and are marked as coming soon ) are simple indication that it wont be long before we have a date on when they will be released.
An “artistic” Preview – Urban 7′s initial 9 & 9/3 inch combo release ...
Shown at the D23 Expo and months after Urban 7′s initial release, the first 9 inch and 9/3 inch combo of the series debuts at Disney’s stores and parks this week. With the new mold overtaking the entire series this will be one of the last series using the old mold’s 9 inch and 3 inch models. Get ready for this Friday as it seems it’s the start of a flood of releases (for both 3 inch and 9 inch alike) just in time for this holiday’s shopping season.
Urban 7 9/3 inch combo – Egyptian inspired Set

Casey Jones has created the first 9/3 inch combo inspired from artifacts and tombs of Egyptian pharaohs. Instead of going for dusty gold for the 9 inch sarcophagus-esque vinyl it’s a vibrant golden yellow. It plays well with the navy-ultramarine blue making the set quite eye-catching. The line work on both figures is quite lovely, a bit of a controlled chaos as it was not applied to the ears of the figures. I think the kicker for both is the matching to-scale crook accessories that the “Pharaoh” and “Sarcophagus” both hold. Normally I’m wary of some 9/3 inch combos due to the price increase, but this might the first that I’m personally comfortable with. Granted the flail, another staff like object that is seen with the crook, is not present and one may argue that the beard both figures share could have been represented three-dimensionally, but the moment I saw these two figures at the D23 Expo they seemed very complete and well thought out. The 3D beard would be a hassle with moving the head around and the flail, well… for history buffs and Egyptian history nerds the flail would have been awesome. Though that accessory would actually break the current old mold, switching out the vinyl’s left hand for a reverse right-hand-closed mold. Oh the irony. Regardless, the color story is fantastic and it holds the “less is more” design philosophy (there isn’t various colorful jewelry covering the darn thing and if there were I think the piece would be overwhelmed). This is, by far, one of my favorite non-Disney based vinyls. Plus I don’t think it helps that I was fascinated by Egyptian history.
